Dojos

Classes are Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7:00 pm. This program is for everyone ages 5 and up. Students of all ranks and ages train together. We believe this benefits the students by giving them a window of what is to come. We have a high instructor to student ratio which gives every student ample small group and one on one instruction time. Students are eligible to participate in sparring, with an instructor, when they have completed four classes. Saftey equipment is provided.

• 6:45 to 7:00 - Individual warm up and practice
• 7:00 to 8:15 - General class
• 8:20 to 9:00 - Advanced Class

Students are expected to participate in the general class and welcome to participate in the advanced class. The advanced class focus is on the green, brown, and black belt students.

Classes run throughout the school year. During the summer classes are on Tuesdays only and are outside, weather permitting. Classes are in the high school cafeteria for the 2018-19 school year unless otherwise noted.
